アナウンサー志望者のための講習

「話す」ための準備

Course for aspiring announcers

When it comes to training, there are many different types of training. It covers a wide range of subjects, such as reading picture books, practicing presentations, reading news manuscripts, and giving lectures on manners.

What I was taking was a radio station course, which was roughly divided into the following items.
・ Introduction
・ Basics
・ Training
・ Talk & Narration

The introductory course mainly focuses on “Speaking words that are easy to understand, and speaks so that the other person can hear you.”

The lectures of the basic course and the training course are almost the same in terms of units, but only those who took the basic course could take the training course.
In the training course, more advanced technology was required, and I remember having a hard time.

As the name suggests, the talk and narration course was a course that focused on “how to speak”, but I was also able to learn about interview courses, answering phones, and customer service.

Depending on the course, you may be able to learn practical things right away, but it is better to first learn the basics such as how to pronounce and how to pronounce.

It may seem like a long way around, but it is important to stick to the basics, and there are no shortcuts to anything.
If you want to become an announcer in earnest, you must always keep in mind that it is a tough industry in which only those who continue to work hard can survive.

Let’s go to the trial class

Recently, broadcasting stations and offices of freelance announcers have held “announcer training courses”, and there are many places where you can directly receive guidance from announcers, and lectures such as storytelling are held in various places in the area. .

I myself took all the courses offered by radio stations with the feeling of “I’m definitely going to join this station!” It is recommended that you go to class.

If you search on the Internet by typing in “announcer training”, you will find many sites about training.
There are many courses offered by TV stations at the top of the search results, but they do not necessarily have to be big broadcast stations.

There are various sponsors such as local governments and local radio stations, but if you look closely at the contents of the lectures, I think that there are some that are not so different from the major lectures.

There are some places that do not advertise the experience classes in a big way, but if you have any concerns, such as local broadcasting stations, feel free to contact them. You may be able to take a tour.

By seeing the people who are seriously learning in the course, you can understand the atmosphere, and you can also determine whether (the course) is suitable for you. If you have any questions, feel free to ask them after the lecture.

However, when you visit a school, it usually means that you want to take the course, so make a decision as soon as possible after the tour and contact the other party with your thanks. Even if you don’t think it suits you, you don’t have to force yourself to attend just because you’ve seen it.
